Not Free Hosting

One thing I said early on in learning website design that I would not useĀ a free service. Well after over ten years of building sites for others I bought my on name in January of 2009 as a dot com. Yeah I no how cool is that, big deal any nut case on the plant can do that. Unless your name is taken. Oh yeah your name is taken unless it is a strange name like mine then nobody would have it. You know the story trying to get a name as a dot com is like trying to find hens teeth.
I mainly have this site to learn and test WordPress, plugins, themes and anything that might be need to build and use WordPress websites. WordPress is a awesome platform to work with. Maybe some more about WordPress at another time.
I have now purchased some real hosting from Slowdaddy, no I mean Godaddy and setting this site back up so I can get to testing WordPress stuff. So the post I have already posted into my old sites database may end up posted here with their dates set back.
Any way the free hosting just did not work out. First problem was that many WordPress themes did not work because the adverts would over run them and be into you content. Then when WordPress 2.8 came out I upgraded and my admin was all hosed-up.
So don’t use free hosting there is a price to pay.
ok goodbye
